Below is our refund policy: Service Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with the work we have performed, please contact us within 14 days of the service date. We will address the issue by either fixing the problem or offering a full refund for the specific service in question. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Refund Requests If a refund is necessary, the request must be submitted within 14 days of the service being completed. Requests can be made by phone, email, or through our website's contact form. Upon review, we will process the refund or arrange for corrective work. Refund Exclusions Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully completed and accepted by the customer at the time of service. Additionally, refunds will not be provided if the plumbing issue is caused by external factors beyond our control, such as damage from other contractors, neglect, or misuse. Partial Refunds for Uncompleted Work In cases where a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the work performed up to the cancellation point. The amount refunded will be determined after assessing the work completed. Non-Refundable Fees Fees for emergency call-outs or diagnostics are non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the recommended work. These fees cover the time and expertise of our technicians.
